It is a great book. May be it is too long, too vast and
in some regards lacks completeness and coherence. All the
same it is the best book written based on real life and it
gives complete account of events of the invasion of Russia
by Napoleon.
Well I m still reading the book and it has easily surpassed
all the other books I have read till now and if any body can
recommend a book better than this one I shall be his or her
faithful slave for the rest of my life'
Resurrection is my favourite so far.
I am a ninth grader and am reading this book. So far, I am
about half way through it and I already love it. The book
is so detailed and the characters are so interesting. I have
read MANY other books, but this one surpasses them all. Before
reading this book, I read mostly science fiction and fantasy,
but now I plan on reading all of Tolstoy's other books.
